How to get your family excited about exercise!

The last couple years have been real slow for me in the weight loss area. Trying to loose the weight gain from being pregnant and just to be more healthy is an on going battle. Especially when your family supports you and cheers you on, but making the change is also hard for them. So what do yo do to get your family excited about exercise? It's simple really. Get WII fit. We have had Wii fit now for about 2 weeks and it has been great. The kids really enjoy it and it doesn't feel like a chore. It's great because it weighs you and gives you tips. You set goals and it keeps track of your goals. And it's fun! The exercises really do work your muscles(i know because i'm sore at the end) but it feels more like a game than exercise so it makes you want to keep going. The competitive side in all of us, we keep going to try to beat our highest score. I've really enjoyed it and I know the kids are having fun and even Ron is having fun with it. Finally, we are all cheering eachother on becoming more healthy!

Yeah, we have heard good things about the Wii fit. Maybe we will have to join everyone else in the whole world (it seems) and get one too....

OK SO UNFAIR. Frank & I have been trying to get a Wii Fit for ages but they are always sold out. Finally we set another goal that if I reach my first goal weight by the end of the year than we get Wii Fit (because hopefully it will be more available by then).
