Bowling!

We discovered a new bowling alley not to far from our home and we decided that would be a fun activity for our family during the break. It was really great. No smoking was allowed so we could all breathe and it was very family friendly. The lanes were computerized so you could check bumpers for those who needed them and when it was their turn they would pop up and then drop when it was another persons turn that didn't have them. It started out with Tristan and Jaxen having the bumpers and then after a few turns Kaeryn decided that she wanted them also. We had alot of fun. We found a 6 pound ball for Jaxen and he was determined to do it all by himself. He didn't want any help at all. It was funny because he would go up to the line(sometimes) and through it and turn around and walk back. After awhile he would throw it and then kick it. It was hilarious. Even the families that were next to us couldn't help but laugh. I don't remember the scores but Tristan won by one point, then came Kaeryn, Ron, Jaxen and then me. It was all great fun. I think we might go again someday.

Total amounts of fun!
...and just for the embarrassing record - I ALWAYS use bumpers. Otherwise my score is completely lame.
Actually, when the kids and I go, we all use the bumpers and to ease the competitive spirit (I win you lose) we go for a 'family score' - trying to beat a high number like 375 or something.
Looks like Christmas was a success at your place!
