A couple weekends ago we decided to take a trip to Lake Tahoe. We hadn't been there yet and it is a place that so many people have said we needed to go. We had alot of fun. We found a beach in the Tahoe Keys area. The water was very shallow for quite a ways out and the kids loved running through the water. It was cold but there were some warm pockets of water. The sand was full of micah and so our feet and legs and anything that touched the sand was sparkley. It was a beautiful warm day and Ron and I loved just sitting on the beach and soaking in the sun and the kids played in the sand and mud. We brought the dogs. Bo likes the water and wanted to chase the ducks. Kati however is the only lab I know who hates the water and wanted to go back to shore. One of these days i'm sure she'll finally realize that she is a water dog and is supposed to like the water. Afterward, we decided to drive to the Nevada side of the lake just for kicks so we could say we went there. It was very fun.
