The Pumpkin Patch!

We found a great pumpkin patch to go to this year. It was very family friendly. They had some their animals out for you to pet. I loved the horse. The boys had a blast playing on the hay pyramid. Jaxen almost forgot we were there to get pumpkins, he wanted to stay and play.

They took you back to the pumpkin patch on a hay ride. We loved that. Especially the boys! Jaden just liked being outside.

Hummmm.............

apparently, choosing a pumpkin is serious business!

We tell the kids the rule is they have to be able to carry the pumpkin. Tristan always goes as heavy as he can get.

On the ride back to the front of the farm we saw a dirt pile area with trucks for the kids to play in. Jaxen saw that and forgot all about the hay pyramid and went straight for the dirt! We even convinced Tristan to sit in the dirt and play instead of trying to play standing up. They had so much fun, especially when they discovered they could make this dust cloud! Lots of laughs and lot's of fun memories. The farm did have a corn maze but Jaden had a tumble while we were in the pumpkin patch and after that he just wanted to go. So we didn't go through the maze, but we still had a lot of fun. I think we will go back to this farm next year!
